I graduated in Economics and Business from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Pisa, with a final grade of 110/110 with honours.
I am registered with the Italian Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and am also qualified as a Statutory Auditor and Statutory Sustainability Auditor.
I am a founding partner of the professional firm RQR & Partners.
Over more than thirty years of professional practice, I have gained extensive experience in management, corporate, accounting and tax consultancy, as well as in corporate crisis and restructuring management.
I serve as a statutory auditor, a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors, and a member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
I have also acquired significant experience in the management and administration of publicly owned companies, including serving as Sole Director of a company wholly owned by public-sector entities. Over the years, I have overseen and coordinated both the planning and implementation phases of major public projects and infrastructure works, developing strong expertise in the management of complex projects and in coordinating the various stakeholders involved. My experience also includes the administrative, managerial and organisational activities related to the operation and governance of publicly owned companies.
I currently serve as Vice-President of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Livorno.
