In 1995 I began my apprenticeship within a legal firm and obtained, one year later, the enrolment in the Register of Law Counsels. I started practicing the forensic profession with subject and value limitations as required by law, mainly in civil law.
After passing the exam in 2000 to be enrolled in the bar association, I worked uninterruptedly as lawyer increasing my knowledge in the CIVIL environment (debt collection, rental relationship, agreements, property, bankruptcy and insolvency procedures) and specialized in litigations with regard to labor law.
I also improved my experience on the topic of public personnel litigations, including civil and administrative litigation with regard to the school sector.
I hold the position as experienced member for legal matters at the Building Commission of the “Comune di Livorno” (City of Leghorn).
